There is no doubt everyone and every businesses are hugely affected by the coronavirus. We all have to accept the fact that everyone has to make sacrifice in order to meet our government’s attempt to slow down the spread of the virus and to save lives. Economics and money are important, however, lives are invaluable. We, La Couturier Alterations, will take our greatest efforts to support our customers through such difficult time. We will adapt our operations to whatever changes coming in the future and to however the government changes its policies in the future. This post will be updated frequently.

All new booking, fitting and pickup sessions are now resumed. At this stage all customers will be by appointments only, that is no walk-ins will be available, and only one customer is allowed to be in the premises at a time.
Even though our government is slowly easing the restrictions and economic activities are starting to resume, we must keep following the social distancing rules and take initiatives to protect each other. For the latest updates on social gathering restrictions, please check the government’s Public Health Orders.
We have implemented the following guidelines and policy. Customers must not enter our premises if they:
- have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and has not fully recovered; or
- are currently suspected of having COVID-19; or
- recently had close contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case; or
- have travelled overseas in the past 14 days; or
- are having a fever or other flu-like symptoms (A non-contact forehead temperature gun will be used to check your temperature before entering).
Furthermore, we suggest everyone to probably wash or sanitise their hands before and after the appointment. Whether you wear a face mask or not, we respect and do not judge your decision.
