I genuinely cannot put into words how grateful we are to this incredible woman. She didn’t just alter my sister’s wedding dress, she saved it, and in doing so, saved one of the most important days of her life.
Just TWO days before my sister’s wedding, we walked into her store absolutely devastated. My sister’s dress had been custom made, yet it had so many issues and was nothing like what she had envisioned. With barely any time left, we were stressed, emotional and honestly unsure whether anything could be done.
From the moment we walked in, she was an absolute blessing. Her calm, reassuring demeanour immediately put us at ease. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and confident in what she could achieve. At a time when everything felt like it was falling apart, she made my sister feel completely safe in her hands.
And somehow, in just TWO DAYS, she worked an absolute miracle. She completely transformed a dress my sister had grown to hate into the dress she had always dreamed of wearing. The difference was unbelievable.
I don’t think she will ever truly understand what she did for our family. She gave my sister back her confidence, her excitement and the feeling every bride deserves when putting on her wedding dress.
I will forever be grateful to her for making one of the most special days of my sister’s life everything she had imagined. I genuinely adore this woman and cannot recommend her highly enough.

I gave my two bridal dresses to Tsu to alter - both dresses are very different to each other.
Tsu did the most beautiful job with both of them - they fit perfectly. Tsu’s attention to detail and high level of perfectionism are amazing! 🌟🙏🏻🌟🙏🏻🌟🙏🏻🌟

I chose Tsu to alter my dress because of the amazing feedback from previous reviews. I was using my mum's dress (which had a lot of complicated beading and needed to be taken down quite a few sizes), so I didn't want to take risks and wanted to make sure it was someone who I could trust with such a sentimental piece.
No regrets. Tsu altered the dress so well that everyone thought it was made for me. The beading and pattern continued seamlessly. It didnt look like any part of the dress had been removed or taken in. She preserved as much of it as possible and returned the excess beads to me so I could choose to use them if I wanted to. My mum was so happy I got to use her dress and it got another moment in the sun.

I purchased a brand‑new gown from Aston Bridal that arrived poorly made with a number of issues. Tsu Jong rescued it within four days of my wedding. She corrected construction errors, rebuilt seams, finished hems and linings, and tailored the bodice and skirt so the dress fit perfectly and felt secure all day.
Communication was calm and clear, the workmanship was immaculate, and she handled delicate embellishments with great care.
If you need a skilled, reliable seamstress for last‑minute bridal emergencies, I highly recommend her — she saved my wedding day.

I had my wedding dress made by a business that supposedly does custom, made-to-measure dresses. However, the business closed down and I received my dress and it was a few sizes too big on the bodice. Needless to say I was very upset. Thankfully, I found this place one month before the wedding. Tsu was amazing explaining all the work that needed to be done and provided a quote. Very happy with the end result, I picked up my dress and it fits like a glove. Highly recommend Tsu if your wedding dress needs saving

I had a great experience with Tsu recently when she altered my wedding dress. She was professional, honest and easy to book in with. My dress was made with very delicate and unforgiving fabric, and the alterations were perfect!

I highly recommend La Couturier Alterations for Invisible Mending. They repaired a pulled yarn on my sentimental knitted gloves, and the workmanship was incredible. I honestly can’t tell where the damage was.. Professional service and exceptional attention to detail. Thank you!
